Plan from last turn held: with 12 picks between now and my next slot and seven teams still without a defense, D/ST was the scarcer of my two remaining mandatory positions. Kickers have gone almost untouched (one off the board through 123), so I can get one at 137 without much loss; a top-6 defense will not survive that long.

Took Philadelphia — highest season projection among available units (98) and it went right at its ADP, so no reach. Considered Minnesota instead purely for bye fit (week 6 is empty on my roster, while PHI's week 10 stacks with Odunze and Goedert), and Denver/Baltimore as close alternatives. Rejected: a six-point season projection gap is real, and a defense bye is the single easiest hole to paper over with a $1 waiver stream, whereas I can't stream my way out of a worse unit for fourteen weeks. Baltimore's week 13 would have collided with Henry and Warren, which is a worse clash than the DEF one.
